The modern bathroom with underfloor heating was absolute bliss. it felt like a warm embrace for my feet in the chilly morning. Plus, the cozy air-conditioned studios were akin to a snug retreat after a day of exploring.
Earplugs would be ideal for a peaceful night.

Had a solid stay with smooth WiFi and a comfy bed for great sleep. After a full day, I loved unwinding in the sauna and enjoying the steam room. Just a heads up, the heating in the room felt a bit warm at first, but nothing major! 😊

great location,, but check-in needs improvement
The proximity to the Messe Essen was really convenient, making my visit much easier. The breakfast offered a generous variety, and the quality was impressive, although more lighting in the breakfast room could enhance the experience. I also loved the view of the city, which added a nice touch to my stay.
The check-in process was slow, which was frustrating.

Diving into local eats, I hit up Kamps—a fresh bakery that had me munching on the crispiest rolls! The sweet aroma of baked goods made my breakfast epic. Plus, the location was good and the room vibe had a nice, simple design with warm colors.
But let’s keep it real, the mattress was way too hard and the pillow felt non-existent, which left me feeling a bit achy in the morning. Still, I managed to enjoy my stay despite the neck drama.

The room was standard and clean with a comfy bed, so I managed to get good rest. It had a safe big enough for my laptop which was a nice touch. I could adjust the heating, but the room felt a little warm at first. The bathroom was modern and the shower had great pressure and temperature control. Honestly, not much of a view, but for a short stay, that’s whatever. it was quiet and I slept well.

The check-in was painfully slow, with no queue but still a long wait—definitely not a smooth start. The room was way too warm for my liking, and adjusting the heating didn't quite cut it. Earplugs are a must. both the roadworks starting at 7 AM and the nearby metro can really disrupt your sleep. The pillows left much to be desired—feeling more like a flattened pancake than a decent pillow. Parking in front was a real hassle too, often filled with roadwork vans making it tricky to squeeze in.

Location right by the train station is super convenient. Service at check-in was slow, which set a bad tone. Room was clean, comfy bed, and I appreciated the large safe for my laptop. Breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours. a decent stay.
